These terms govern your use of Hidangi. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Hidangi provides QR ordering and restaurant operations software. It is not a payment processor: guests pay the restaurant directly at the counter, and Hidangi is never party to that transaction.
Accounts
One Owner account represents one restaurant. You are responsible for your staff’s use and for the accuracy of your menu, prices, and any halal or allergen information you publish.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is free to use within its limits. Paid subscriptions and image add-ons are billed as described on the pricing page. Paid features remain available until the end of a paid period, after which the account returns to Free.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hidangi to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send unsolicited marketing to guests who have not consented. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, Hidangi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
