End-User License Agreement
Last updated: 2026-07-24
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a contract between you and Hidangi for the Hidangi mobile applications. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, which govern the wider service. By downloading or using the app you agree to this EULA.
Licence
Hidangi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Hidangi apps on devices you own or control, only to operate your restaurant with Hidangi. Ownership does not transfer; Hidangi and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted.
App store rules
This EULA is between you and Hidangi only — not with Apple or Google. On Apple devices your use must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store “Licensed Application” usage rules; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service. Where a term here conflicts with those store rules, the store rules prevail for that store.
What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
- remove or alter any proprietary or copyright notice;
- use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send marketing to guests who did not consent.
No payment processing
Hidangi does not process food payments. Guests pay the restaurant at the counter and Hidangi is never party to that transaction. Any sales figures shown are estimates, not settled payments.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional subscriptions and image add-ons are sold and billed through the App Store or Google Play under their rules. Manage or cancel them in your store account; deleting your Hidangi account does not cancel a store subscription.
Maintenance and support
Hidangi — not the app store — is solely responsible for any maintenance and support for the app. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for it.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidangi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. If Apple’s rules apply and the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the app’s purchase price, if any; beyond that Apple has no warranty obligation.
Third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. You confirm you are not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list, as the store rules require.
Termination and governing law
This licence ends if you breach it or stop using the app; you may end it by deleting the app and your account. This EULA is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions: hello@hidangi.my.
